John East joins us as Head of New Homes

Prime estate agent John D Wood & Co. are delighted to announce the appointment of John East as Head of New Homes.

John commenced his new role with the business at the start of 2023 and will lead the Land & New Homes Department at John D Wood & Co.

John has over 30 years’ experience in the property sales market, and has 13 plus years’ experience as a Land and New Homes expert providing development consultancy advice to developers, house builders, housing associations and agencies.

Established in Mayfair in 1872, John D Wood & Co. specialises in selling and letting properties in London, the country and internationally. We work with many of the UK’s most successful house builders and developers from national plc clients to bespoke boutique builds.

Commenting on his appointment, John East says: “I am excited to build upon the great work which has already been taking place in the New Homes department at John D Wood & Co.
