Our department specialises in the top end of the residential market and our clients range from private individuals, to companies, institutions and governments. We undertake valuations for litigation, loan security, tax and charitable purposes. A large proportion of our work is in the area of Leasehold Reform where we are known as the leaseholders’ agent building a reputation over the last 35 years.
We work closely with John D Wood & Co. sales offices to ensure the advice we provide is accurate and responsive to market movements: an insight to which many other surveyors do not have access.
